Storytelling
As the service term comes to an end, and you prepare to embark on the next chapter of your social change journey, we invite you to take a step back and reflect on your accomplishments over the past 8 months. Not only have you made a lasting impact on your community during a global pandemic but you have simultaneously gained new skills and experiences that will support you in your career for years to come. Now it is time to begin to weave learning, relationships, memories, and hands on experiences together to curate a cohesive story, your AmeriStory. A story that will sustain your impact and propel your career towards new opportunities.
In this course, members will learn about the history of storytelling, begin to craft their story, gain insight into the elements of storytelling, as well as apply those learnings to sample stories.
