Being able to share your service experience with others effectively is an important responsibility you have as an AmeriCorps member. Telling your national service story includes a strong understanding of the AmeriCorps branding which helps to elevate the work of AmeriCorps grantees and members. This course will review a variety of tools that can help you share your national service story with others including leveraging social media. In addition, a review of AmeriCorps branding requirements and best practices will be covered to ensure all AmeriCorps members are positioned to demonstrate impact effectively. Content includes storytelling, AmeriCorps branding compliance elements, the dimensions of program impact, and tips on how to incorporate social media to spread awareness and join the national service conversation.
